Simply enquire or apply for any rental carrying a gift icon, when you've been accepted (to rent the property) by the property manager come back to redeem!

    From the T&Cs - To qualify for the Offer, the renter's first enquiry or application for the property must be made using the rent.com.au website, and the renter must subsequently enter into a tenancy agreement for that property.

  Must enquire via this site first. If you get the property and the manager confirms it, you will get the card. It took months for mine to be sorted. Prezzee gift card. I have since moved and had trouble getting the second one despite applying through there as well. I have received a gift card through this though so worth enquiring through that site first if you are moving anyway.

  Looking at this deal again, clearly they are trying to lease out the unpopular rentals o.O darr

  But hey, if it helps someone out with their first gas bill on a property they genuinely wanted anyway, why not…
