  Thanks. This appears to be a very short intro course of ~ 5 hours, so nothing too substantial. More just the basic terminal uses.

  How do people get a heads up on udemy courses discounts? I'm interested in taking a sketchup class but I don't feel like paying full whack for what seems like fairly limited content.

    usually, they do promotion quite often, like once every week. course after promotion is around $15. anything above that, you can just wait.

    Wonder where OP got the 4.8 / 5000 students rating, this is pretty clear it's 3.8 / 8 ratings (but with 7800+ students who got it for free and didn't use/rate it) …

  i hate these websites making u subscribe for a free course so they can get ur email and location/browsing data.

  Im sure theres plenty of as good or better tutorials on Youtube.

  especially when 1 out of the 2 reviews on this course is the instructor LOL
