I have two of their rewards cards unused. Got email for 10 off on those cards without any condition.
Woolies is generous this time. So I am gonna go shopping and donate those $20 plus my contribution of $20 ($40) to charity.

Neither my husband or I got it but both of my parents got the offer. They're visiting us for Christmas so hopefully I can use their offers in conjunction with the Amex offer on both of my cards :D
