      Well if the targeted freebies (or $$$ amt offered) increases the more you ignore it, it incentivizes ppl to wait for the higher amount :)

  One if my accounts had a $10 off $30 the other week but I ignored it. Will keep an eye on that account to see what the next offer is. Two of my accounts have the $10 off $20 :)

  I was offered this by a popup ad on the ebay website but clicked out of it before realising it wasn't spam. Can't find another way to access that offer now.
