    I didn't receive my code so I went on their online chat.

    The CSR generated the code for me while I waited. Took about 5 minutes of my time in total.

  I signed up for this on the last day in the offer, Jan 13. I will keep an eye open for the arrival of the Netflix code.
  Here's the thing. I had to prompt the bloke in the Optus shop to get through the layers of the deal. He knew that Netflix was on offer with the Samsung phones but did not seem to know there was a tablet available as well. When he went to the stock room and got one, he seemed a bit surprised.
  I am not complaining about the service, he was very helpful and completed the formalities quickly. But this is one heck of a deal; by the time you take the value of the tablet and Netflix subs from the payout, it works out to about $13pm for 200gb of data, at pretty good speed. Considering I was paying more than $60pm for unlimited downloads at a sluggish 1mbs (which is what it has been for most of the last 6 months), it's a cracker.

  Just thought I would mention this.
  The Netflix offer runs until 20/1 but the Samsung tablet offer, which was due to end on 13/1, has been extended. A mate of mine in Syd was cussing about missing out on the deal, contacted Optus and was told it is good until 3 Feb.
