I ordered during Frenzy too, my shipping details said order received on the 15th of November and then no further information was updated. I emailed them this week and they got back to me saying:
"Thanks for getting in touch.
Your order was subject to unforeseen and unpreventable delays.
It has now updated as "International transit to destination country".
It will be with your customs office in the next few days.
We appreciate your patience.
If there is anything else we can do to help, please don’t hesitate to get in touch."
I ordered their advent calendars, which will be totally useless now…

It used to stack with referral discount but we ozbargained that in my last post about MP haha. They fixed it up real quick.
I ordered during frenzy as well and received my shipment on 30th Nov.
I ordered during click frenzy. Don't get the protein pancakes, total rubber when cooked.
I also received some protein pudding but has different ingredients that had on website and different packaging. I asked the support team and their answer was "thanks, your order has been dispatched"
First and last time.Did you get any Whey? How was that?

I too ordered 15 days ago during frenzy. Order didn’t move from their location.
I had to chase it up and was told “we now expect it to move in 48hrs”.
Wonderful to see they’re doing another sale but not taking care of their existing ones.Update: Day 28. 1 month after I ordered.
Still sitting in Warrington. Will ask for refund in 4 days.
Found their protein doesnt mix well. Still good for the price

Ordered 13/11. Been almost 6 weeks and still hasn't arrived. Worst customer service I've ever encountered. Love chatted them 3 times and still no update.
I eventually got my order.
The whey powders are nice tasting, but do clump a little.
After several angry emails they eventually refunded the advent calendar I ordered.
Unsure if I’ll order again, definitely not at full price, but perhaps at 50% again.

Go to chemist warehouse and buy swisse protein powder on sale..
Good prices but beware, during the Frenzy 50% off deal I placed an order that I’m still waiting for….it’s been 21/2 weeks and only just left the UK 2 days ago.
If you’re not in a rush for what you’re ordering, go for it.
