Same. After I used free 15 with no mini spend last week, I did not receive this offer this week.

May not be a bad thing for not using the coupon. Had bad experiences with Catch when the purchased items needed to be returned due to quality issues. I paid $150 using gift cards and they refunded via store credit. I requested them to have the refund on gift card since I paid using gift cards as store credit is not transferable and the expiry period for gift card is 3 years versus 1 year for store credit. Furthermore, once you have store credit on your account, you would not be targeted for promo coupon like this $15 off for min $60 purchase. They just refused to agree to my request. Their customer service (or rather no service) is trained to say "No" all the time. They stuffed up by shipping faulty items and customer like me have to put up with their bad business practice of store credit refund policy. I feel bring ripped off as I'm now forced to buy over-priced items within the 1 year expiry period of the store credit. I'm sharing this so that everyone here is aware and beware of this bad and unfair business practice. I'm telling myself to stay away from Catch unless they are giving out freebies.

      • I had similar problem.
It was listing error paid the item with gift card which had 3 years expiry …they refunded with store credit which have 1 year expiry…not worth deals on catch any ways… Now worried how to utilise that store credit

  • I have been a member with catch for 2 years and never get any promotional emails. Not in my junk mail either. I will have to contact them as I could do with a discount. I'm looking at buying a $109 item.
