Amazing price on this! If I didn't overspend yesterday, I would pick up a couple of these witg basic b350 boards to upgrade parents and in-laws PC's.
Problem is that memory is so damn expensive still. This makes for a killer htpc/plex server though. Can do a very cheap build if you aren't needing OS license or cases etc.
