  • code doesn't work, am I missing something?

    • hi,the code just work on one type, the type is WITH 2 x Cold Heat Pad

  • Code only works on the version without any nipples to put on the bottles.

And most infants aren't quite up to swallowing whole without them.

    I'll pass…

    • yes, it can fit the most nipples, like medela

      • How the heck do you know? Women from different ethnicities have different sized and shaped nipples. Don’t just equivocate this to the medela to legitimise it. Even the medala doesn’t make claims that it “fits most nipples” because it is medically or empirically grounded.

          LOL!

          https://www.google.com/search?q=bottle+nipple&source=lnms&tb…

As much as I admire your fervour in addressing institutionalised nipple-ist bias, I think you may be talking about an entirely different apparatus…

          • @UncleRico: No, I am being dead serious. Of course it'll obviously "fit" over the nipple, no nipple is larger than the suction cup used to extract/express the milk. But the suction power (even on the lowest setting) can really swell up the nipple — and in this sense i mean that it doesn't "fit." I'm not sure why some machines express in a different manner than others — it could be due to suction "strength" (latency, frequency, magnitude, topography, and or duration) vs. other models. Some nipples can take more sucking "strength" than others. The bottle teats are an entirely different item catered to the actual baby him/herself.

@yoke2018: The nipple being referred to is the bottle 'nipple' or 'teat'. Again, click on the link above since you are clearly talking about an entirely different implement.

The nipples being discussed have zero relevance to the variety of physiological nipples available in the physical form.

              • @UncleRico: Are you being serious here? I don't think you have much knowledge in perinatal care. What you're trying to "teach" me is assumed knowledge and I don't know why you're trying to make the point that my point needs differentiation.

It's assuemd that I'm talking about the express machine. It's assumed that i'm NOT talking about the baby bottle teats. I know all about the bottle teats that range of styles and models across the various brands such as Avent Phillip / Tommee Tippee / Medela / Dr Brown — they have natural, anti-colic, slow/medium/fast styles etc etc etc. That's basic knowledge which you don't need to school me on. I have 1st hand experience in a wide variety of these models.

Ok, now onto the express machines as I was talking about this entire time.

To claim that "the nipples being discussed have zero relevance to the variety of physiological nipples available in the physical form" is a wild and ignorant statement. This is because:
                - i'm talking about anatomical nipples available in the physical form, and not their "physiological" form. They vary widely inter- and intra-ethnically.
                - due to variety in anatomical form, the anatomically varied nipples will react differently to express machines due to differences in sensitivity, size, shape, number of neurons, number of ducts, endocrine system response differences, etc.

                Now do you get it?

    Great for milking almonds.

    • I kinda think, anything that promotes breastfeed should be celebrated not bashed. You don’t have to buy it but perhaps someone who wanted a medala but couldn’t afford one can now purchase the cheaper version.

      • No offence to the cheaper brands, but they are cheap for a reason. Of course not everyone can afford a medela; it’s not the norm. Atleast other MORE REPUTABLE brands should be considered first before considering such a no brand machine that is literally sucking (and can quite vigorously at that) the life out of your tender nipples like 5x day. It’s a misrepresentation and an inconsideration towards breastfeeding mothers to suggest as this ad does that such a product will relieve them of their feeding duties and challenges. Advertise all they want; just don’t FALSELY advertise, namely the statement, “More comfortable for you.” I’m not anti breastfeeding, I’m actually extremely pro breastfeeding, such that I’d go further than saying that “anything that promotes breastfeeding should be celebrated and not bashed” by adding the qualifier that the stipulated “anything” should in fact be INFORMED, ETHICAL MARKETING, PROFESSIONALLY ENDORSED, and MASS CONSUMER REVIEWED.
No breastfeeding mother just accepts “anything” that celebrates breastfeeding, it has to be aligned to their experiences, reviewed, ethical, socially valid, and medically consulted with (especially with a sensitive practice as breastfeeding).

Have you personally tried this brand to comment saying it’s a bad model? I think you just have your opinion and you feel obligated to make unnecessary blanket statements.

          • @kelza83: I actually agree with you in that I perhaps came across too strong to dissuade potential buyers from trying out this product. We learn from a trial and error basis, and not all reviews correspond with one's experience. I apologise for any offence given. My meaning was with good intention; my wife had a bad experience with a cheap brand from kogan called Bio something and it caused some really painful swelling of the nipple — when one nipple becomes too painful to feed the child then it really messes up the feeding cycle, sleep cycle, milk production cycle, and increases discomfort for that entire breast since a swollen nipple can take days to heal.

  • Can you please shut up

You killed your argument from the beginning.

  • Code does not work.

Used it for the first time today. Works really well. Thank you!
