    The security light is worth a fair bit less than another camera. But if it would be beneficial in your circumstance then might be a good deal still. I think 3 cameras would be enough for my house (both entrances and the deck), a light would be a sweet addition as our existing off the shelf dumb lights are pretty flaky…

    Done some research. The security light current retail price is around $249 on eBay (or around $200 if you buy two on Amazon AU https://www.amazon.com.au/Arlo-Technologies-Resistant-Multi-…)

    Downside is light isn't that strong 400 lumen and bit pricy for a motion sensor light if that's all you need.

    Upside is it can trigger other Arlo camera to start recording when motion is detected and send a notification to your smart phone. In some ways, this widens the motion triggering range for camera recording. In night vision mode the recording is much clearer with the light.

    Not a bad addition if it suits your situation I think.
