This thing is too tiny to be classified as a party speaker. 24cm high inclusive of handle
from reviews
I have 3 sets of powered Edifier speakers and 2 sets of headphones. The quality of the audio for the price has been exceptional, so when I saw this for 50% off I thought it would be worth a try.
I was very wrong.
Like the display, the sound coming from this unit is reminiscent of the cheap Akai alarm clock radios of the 90's. There is no bass, a muted treble and unclear midrange. The drivers are loud, but obviously of poor quality.
I had a high opinion of the sound of Edifiers prior to getting this speaker and I'm really disheartened.
There are much better Bluetooth speakers for better prices available, so do yourself a favour and don't waste your money on this.
Party speakers for ants? 24w? A party speaker needs to be at least 150w and above
Thanks, this will be handy for blasting my Aus Hip Hop at full volume on the Frankston train line.
Finally something I can take to the beach to drown out the noisy ocean and bird sounds.
Is $42 for BS a good price?
