If you are looking for higher VRAM options 7800XT and 4070Ti SUPER are probably the cheapest modern options for 16GB of VRAM.

5700x and 5700x3d are extremely close in performance except for maybe super high framerates on 1080p like 200+.

On 60Hz it's the same as an S23+. My S23 is like a year old and I've never run super low just with nightly charges.
