        If past history is any indication, Velocity is absolute rubbish with replying.

        • They've replied within three business days for me when I had to change my date of birth (I'm just a lowly Red member).

  • Only got the 2k when history has the tracking of what should have been 10k.

    Chasing up will probably be painful like previous experiences as the customer relations is all Manila based.

    I got only 5k,

    im missing tracking from Wilson Parking, Sendle

    have contacted both in dec and jan, but keep on getting useless replies

    any suggestions folks?

    • You never ended up getting the points from Wilson even though you tried multiple times?

      I'd suggest e-mailing them, but you said they haven't been helpful much …

  • Had 5k come through on 20/03, sadly my Wilson points never credited in December. I've emailed both Wilson and Velocity but has anyone else had any luck getting missing points out of Wilson?

    • Wilson were a bunch of idiots to deal with.

      Even if you managed to get them credited, getting the extra x000 points, would it even possible to back date it

    • I got 10k on two of my families accounts and only 5k on one of them because wilsons didnt credit :( They said they had a facility to backdate the points from wilsons which i did back in late Jan - it was supposed to be 4 weeks to get the points. Never came. Oh well still got a heap of points

      • Yep i even called and emailed.

        When i emailed in mid December. They said due to end of year it will take 3 weeks to reply.

        Never got a reply , even when i followed.

        Will actively avoid using their car parks

    My mum is still trying to get autobarn to credit her points. Can’t believe how hard it is (none of us managed to get the autobarn points credited without chasing them). Anyone had any luck? She’s been talking to them for nearly 2 months! She’ll probably end up getting only 5,000 points because of that but they haven’t posted yet.

    • My autobarn points came through…it's the Wilson parking that didn't which got me 5k points only!

      Shouldn't be complaining really- easy 5k points to score!

      • It’s weird that a number of people didn’t get Wilson points. I have a Book A Bay account and a Wilson One account and have always gotten points when booking/using parking

        My husband’s Wilson parking points didn’t come through the first time. Turned out the Wilson account details was missing the last name, and it had to match the velocity account for the point to be credited. So maybe check your details for future reference.

          With Wilson's lack of reply after promisining me it will be looked at in 3 weeks

          Out of principal, i will be avoiding them from now on

        • Thanks for the tip- I just logged in to double check my details and it is indeed missing last name. That must be why it didn't get tracked through velocity!

          Judging by other user's posts I'll have to let it go this time.

    So anyone with missing points from velocity, eg you have been credited from the partner but the promotion has not been applied correctly to your account should try the following. I just had 10k points credited for my daughter's account.

    Call 131875
    Press Phone prompts and speak to operator about velocity
    Mention the 10000 points promo/shop at 5 different velocity partners
    They forward the request to marketing dept
    Points show up in account 2-3 days later

    Be nice
