    Sticker price, yes. But there have been a number of sales (through ebay) this month bringing the C8 down to the mid-3k range.

  not everyone can afford, or can be bothered, or have the space to setup a proper home theatre.
  soundbars just add a convenience factor for a slight hit to sound quality

I saw the 65 inch W7 (the stick on the wall one) at good guys on Saturday $5995. Bloody bargain.
