  i noticed a lot of the review feedback online is that the plug doesn't fit tightly into the socket, and falls out quite easily or with anything plugged into the socket on the front face of the adapter.

  are you able to confirm if this problem has now been fixed, and what return policies are for this item?

    It comes with an 18-month warranty, you can contact Amazon to return and get a refund. If Amazon refused it, you can contact the seller directly and get a refund.
