@yanivsr: there was stock available on couple of store when I posted but page still show the item and Dyson customer support very well knows about TGG deal ;-) and they had record breaking sale as couple of guys mentioned in previous post. Give a try by calling them.

@beingaskhole TGG website says that the product is no longer available online or in store. But when you exit the notification on the screen and you search for Bathurst/Geraldton it does come up as stock available. Don’t know if this is an online glitch?
I found Dyson phone support to be the worse. Hours waiting on hold, then they promise things they can't deliver. This was in relation to invoices and I know their process in that area is pure rubbish. You would think they had this kind of thing sorted out considering the price charged for their products but nope. Terrible! I still like the products though…
My v8 battery died after 2 years. Told by Dyson that was about the life of them. Cost $85 to replace. CS was fine but yeah, sometimes a bit of a wait.
Tried calling Dyson. No luck.
