No way. Unless your 1060 is faulty and is having issues. If your 1060 works fine then there's no reason whatsoever. If you need freesync badly get a Vega there's been deals of them recently too.
I bought this card last month via Ozbargin, this price is way better than what I paid. Should come with 3 free games, unless that promotion has ended.
