Last year I got a packet of beetroot seeds after referring two emails. Got some nice beetroot out of my garden.
Lucky. All the seeds I've been given as free samples have never grown. :( I guess I wasn't born with a green thumb.

If you eat them, they might grow inside of you. Depending on where they grow, they might be a good thing or a bad thing.

I've got a nice small garden and been planting for two years. Mainly for fun but got some vegetables up which didn't last two meals.
I don't suppose anyone knows how much attention carrots need? Considering how likely I am to forget to water them, I don't want to be trying to grow something that I'll end up killing.
