From a quick google search, seems like you can install google play services. Also is supported by LineageOS. No band 28, no NFC, no microSD expandability but seems like a decent price for the phone. Cheapest price that I could find posted was $147.23 USD for a 4/32GB model a year ago. This is a flagship phone from two years ago.

  This is a pretty cheap Chinese phone. I wouldn't expect official OS updates. Apparently supported by Linage OS though, which is great
