These appear to be the same as the Naviforce 9044, which is an Ozbargain China Cheapo favourite. Although the diameter on the Naviforce says 45mm, I have just measured mine & it's actually 43mm. They are most likely all made in the same factory then different brand names put on the dial.
I have looked at the photo closely against my Naviforce and I can't see any difference in the case & dial. I actually like the hands on this one better.

  • Crystal/Lens - Mineral Glass
  • Diameter - 43mm
  • Thickness - 10mm
  • Band width - 22mm
  • Date Window
  • Quartz movement
  • Not Waterproof

it’s a quartz watch so keeps better time than a chrono. …. the 20 sec variation per day are on some automatics …i have an invicta and it’s less than 2 seconds per day have an orient and its 15 secs per day.

with auto it can be hit or miss based on brand and movement unless you pay for a chrono and it will come with the tested spec sheet as my omega seamaster did.

Thanks OP. Bought another one. Bought several watches from your recommendation deals even though I'm don't wear a watch usually lol.

Yep just got the same message

      • +2

mine appears to be already shipped so i'll pay the extra 20c when i get it

        • Has anyone actually paid the extra $0.20? Surely changing the price after purchase is completed is illegal?

          • @billy_bob: looking at the transaction history, some people already paid it on the 25th.

now who's the joke for getting this post to 100 up votes. It's embarrassing that such a dodgy store can be posted on this site.

      • +2

        really? still butthurt?

let's all start a gofundme so Savas can have a soft cushion to ease the pain :D

        • -7

Honestly I'll be surprised if your watch ever arrives

          • @Savas: why wouldn't it? i've always received my orders from aliexpress, in a timely manner, i might add

          • +4

            @Savas:

It's embarrassing that such a dodgy store can be posted on this site.

As far as I'm aware this seller has never been ordered to pay 9 million in fines for anti-competitive conduct by the federal court, unlike Woolworths.

Your stats say that you have posted 63 Woolworths deals, how embarrassing.

            • +2

@WatchNerd: How did you fake your AliExpress seller's 1,767 Ratings to achieve 4.7 out of 5 overall? Is there any limit to your obsessive duplicity?

            • -5

@WatchNerd: At least I haven't posted deals where people buy $300 watch that arrived without genuine packaging

              • +7

@Savas: That's got nothing to do with me, I'm not associated with Starbuy. I'm just a random dude on the internet who likes to post the occasional deal to try and give back to the community. Not sure why you're bringing that up on this post anyway, it's got nothing to do with this deal.

Also you should be careful making accusations like that without knowing all the facts. Just because one member has made that claim in all the Starbuy deals that have been posted on here should make any reasonable person wait to see what the outcome is. The Rep has already replied and after 6 hours is still waiting to hear from that member. There were over 200 watches sold for that deal, all shipped in exactly the same way with the same Citizen box, warranty booklet and their own movement instruction booklet.

You seem to be devoting a lot of time trying to find any possible flaw in my posts and I don't know why. I hope everything in your life is ok, you can pm me if you ever need to talk.

Ozbargain is just a bit of fun for me & I don't really want to spend my time on here with back & forth arguments like this. But if you keep trying to bring my posts down with false claims & slurs then I will reply and correct you.

                • @WatchNerd: Let's end the discussion there please everyone.

                  Thanks all.

  • I received 2 watches today, one of them has a loose hour hand :(

    • +2

Go to "your orders" and open a dispute to get your money back.

    • Watch arrived today with second hand loose and floating around the inside of the dial. I will start a dispute, usually gets resolved quickly - just a pity, really, a wasted effort for both myself and the seller.

      • Not for the seller. I am sure it is fully aware of its quality but bet on you not to return it for a refund because of the postage.

        • +2

To be honest, with Aliexpress I have managed to say "well, it's broken, I want a refund" - and have just avoided the "returns" side of things. I always send a photo with the dispute, word it carefully, facts only, how it differs from description, or how it has failed. This time also Aliexpress ruled in my favour, I got a full refund, and I still have a broken watch on my desk that I guess will go in the bin. But, I guess the facts are that I COULD be asked to return it, because that is what the listing said.

          • @Blinkenlights: I was asked to return 2 but not to return 1 of my 3 watches. But I don't understand is the videos uploaded has proven they are broken but yet Aliexpress wanted me to return them. I guess they try to help out those Chinese sellers regardless knowing those are bad quality watches.

Got my watch today. Thanks again op.
Mine is making a ticking noise. Is that normal?

  • +1

Oh, man, just received my order. I have Naviforce 9044, and its quality is just awesome comparing to this Xinew watch which is meh at best. Both case and strap are stinky as hell. Caseback is loose and wobbly, and you can open it with just your fingers using no tools, 30m water resistant my ass :) Inside is definitely not a Miyota movement.
Setting accurate time is a challenge as pushing the crown back in after time is set will cause some crazy minute hand movements (+- 5-10 mins).

Summary: Naviforce 9044 for its price is awesome, Xinew for a half of Naviforce's price is a waste of money.

    • Just got mine as well, and this is junk! Terrible quality compared to Naviforce 9044 that I got for around $10. Only been running 3 hours and lost 2 minutes already. Ah well, you win some, you lose some…

  • Yeah these are junks. Bought 3 all 3 arrived malfunction.

    • That is appalling. Please ensure you are refunded.

      • +1

Had one refunded with just a photo uploaded but the other 2 the seller requested videos to show the "date" cannot be adjusted and the broken "second" hand that doesn't move.

        • At least that's a step in the right direction. Keep at it.

          • @PJC: No dice. Aliexpress's judgement to return the watch to seller regardless I uploaded a video showing the "date" on the watch is stuck at 29 no matter how I dial the pin. Postage cost is more than the watch so I guess this is the end of it. I guess I will never buy from Aliexpress anymore.

            • @wtfnodeal: Credit card chargeback?

              • @PJC: Does the bank get involved in buyers receive faulty items and help buyers do a chargeback?

                • +1

@wtfnodeal: i've done a couple of chargebacks before. usually you fill out a form with details of the transaction and send it back to them to investigate.

                  • @tdw: The problem is Aliexpress told me to return the watches so there is really nothing wrong with it except for the return postage is more than the costs of the watches so I can't really tell my bank I don't want to return the faulty items but just want a refund. Next time just don't buy cheap items online unless return postage is paid by sellers.

I just got an e-mail telling me my order was "cancelled for none payment". There are two orders showing on Aliexpress tho, with one canclled and closed, and the other 'expecting delivery'.
It may only be a few dollars, but if this crew are going to try a stunt hoping people will think it's too much trouble to chase it up, then no - I'm pretty sure the hosts won't be too happy about the thousand of tiny transaction charges for the refunds…
    I keep and archive emails..

  • +1

received mine today. seems to be working — all hands move, date can be set (but only scrolling forwards). doesn't smell too bad. strap had a few loose strands but quality of the whole thing seems to be surprisingly okay. the only fault i can pick is that the minute numbers in white/green don't glow in the dark as it appears in the listing, only the hour and minute hands do. i guess quality varies wildly and it's largely a lucky dip
