Does it work on other items in Australia? YES. I've randomly tested the PUMPKINS code on a Playstation VR bundle ($594.95 down to $535.45) and a Sandisk internal SSD ($139 down to $125.10).

This may be an option if you're looking to buy something for 10% off but doesn't meet the minimum spend amount (note - UK minimum spend amount is lower than AU).

Option 1:

Find what you want on eBay.com.au then change the URL at the start to eBay.co.uk for easy purchasing.

If above doesn't work then try this.

Option 2:

Considering what happened in the last deal, the country switch doesn't seem to work anymore, so you will most likely have to make a new account at eBay UK to take advantage of this offer.

Add random UK address and use AU mobile to confirm account via SMS then add AU address as preferred/Primary Delivery Addresss .

Tip : Use Dummy email by using existing email to register at eBay UK without creating new email id.

    Definitely still working, just put it through my normal PayPal using instructions above (don't forget to add AU postal address, I missed this the first try).

    Edit: which is to say order got through and money deducted, it's of course possible but unlikely that they reverse transaction before sending out gift cards

      Yep… A couple of weeks ago there was a similar deal, I grabbed $500 worth of ebay giftcards for $450… Then I used those giftcards to purchase things with other 10% and 20% codes… Good savings :)

        Unfortunately I can't get it working. Followed all the steps but it says PayPal isn't available as a payment option. CC let's me click "confirm and pay" but then it throws an error.

          Paypal may have marked it as suspicious and temporarily locked your account. Try checking your paypal account. I needed to authorise my purchase, it was quite a hassle but worth it

    Are you able to buy ebay digital gift cards and then use them to buy jb hifi digital gift cards on ebay Au? Im trying to get $900 worth of Jb vouchers but the max 5 gift cards limits that to $500 worth if buying directly through ebay UK (only available in $100 max cards)

      My question stems from the checkout screen which stated something along the lines of - you must pay with paypal or credit card (?gift cards not an accepted form of payment for more gift cards).

        Nope they do have a few exclusions like for example you can't buy gift cards with them etc. However if the gift card is listed in a another category (ie other than the gift card category) then yes you can use them but obviously won't be easy trying to find $900 worth of JB gift cards in a hurry in that case.

      These eBay gift cards can only be used on eBay Oz that's it. Also they do have a few exclusions like for example you can't buy gift cards with them etc.

              I have tested with my new UK Paypal account and 2 other AU Paypal. None are working.

              Also jumped on UK VPN and just a local connection.

              Running out of options :(

            Followed the advice from https://www.ozbargain.com.au/api/folder/list/c?tid=6487419

            • Created a ebay.co.uk account by using my standard Gmail account with the +Blah part.
            • Ensured my Registration address was a UK one (Used a relo's one but this doesn't matter).
            • Ensured my primary address was my Australian one and change my mobile settings to Australia.
            • Used the link for Ebay Gift cards from above https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/eBay-Digital-Gift-Card-5-to-200-E… Thanks to Chibot.
            • Added 4x $200 (Selected a colour) and 1x $100 (Selected a colour) to my Basket and checked out.
            • Used PUMPKINS to reduce it down to $810
            • Signed into PayPal and used my standard VISA card as it was quoted in Australian dollars.

            Received purchased email, money taken out of my VISA card and just gotta wait for the delivery of the Gift cards.

        2. Buy the GC, when goes to the payment page, add AU address.
        3. Apple the code & pay.

    Paypal is down repeatedly, so I used 4G and paid with a CC.

    then got a message saying the payment needs to be resent.

      Maybe try making another eBay UK account and see how that goes. Do note tho that trying again and again unsuccessfully with PayPal might get your PayPal account locked.

          Try it with a new account but maybe wait a little because a few on here are saying that PayPal is giving error messages. You have around 6+ hrs till this promo ends. As I said a whole heap of unsuccessful attempts within a short space of time might trigger PayPal to lock the account for security reasons. That might be messy.

I have bought a few GCs from eBay US and eBay UK in the past from similar deals (and again here) but never linked my PayPal.
