5% Extra Value - Terms and Conditions

When
Offer runs from 00:01 AEDT 17/12/24 to the earlier of 23:59 AEDT 20/12/24 or while stocks last (Offer Period). You can redeem your offer multiple times during the Offer Period.

Where
Offer is only available for purchase at giftcards.woolworths.com.au/offers or through Everyday Gifting in the Everyday Rewards app. Everyday Gifting can be found on the 'Wallet' screen in the Everyday Rewards app. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any offer unless otherwise specified.

How it works
Purchase a Qualifying Gift Card^ online at giftcards.woolworths.com.au/offers or through Everyday Gifting in the Everyday Rewards app and receive an additional 5% face value on top of your base purchase amount. The additional 5% face value will be added to your base Qualifying Gift Card^ purchase amount after checkout. Your Qualifying Gift Card(s)^ will be sent to the email address used in the billing details for the eligible order and will be loaded with the base purchase amount plus the additional 5% face value. For the avoidance of doubt and as an example, if you purchase one (1) $200 Qualifying Gift Card^ you will receive a card with a total value of $210, with the $200 being the base purchase amount and the $10 being the additional 5% face value. This offer is only available during the Offer Period or while stocks last. Offer is redeemable multiple times during the Offer Period. By participating in this offer, you acknowledge and agree that there is a stock limit on the number of Gift Cards that will receive the additional 5% face value. While we will make best efforts to ensure Woolworths Gift Cards Online at giftcards.woolworths.com.au/offers and Everyday Gifting in the Everyday Rewards app reflects stock availability, to the extent permitted by law we disclaim any liability around stock limitations.

      I just paid with PayPal 'Pay in 4' and it worked. Maybe you're using the site on a mobile phone? It works for me on a laptop. PayPal link visible in payment options.

    A reminder that this is the equivalent of 4.76% off. So if you're an insurance customer, it's better than the usual 3% off wish, or 4% off Woolworths, but worse than the usual 5% off Big W.

    I just tried 3 times to pay via Paypal for a $525 WW card and all three times it immediately refunded back to my Paypal account.

    I just went back to getting the 4% off from Everyday Mobile (same Paypal account, same email and addresses) and it worked.

        Now the wait for Paypal to refund the $1500 back to my credit card….

      If a site accepts PP, I usually take that option if there's no additional fees .. one less site which potentially has credit card details.

      Other people may use PP as it debits their savings accounts instead of having to use a credit card.

          The merchant pays it which is particularly useful if a site only offers Visa/Mastercard for their in site payment but also offer paypal as you could use a points earning Amex card and not get slugged the extra fees.

      No.

      The 3% off offer is for regular Woolworths Group & Partner gift cards.

      The 5% extra value offer is for promotional Woolworths Group & Partner gift cards.

      If you look at the Everyday Rewards app and search for the Woolworths Supermarket eGift Card (for example), you will only see a 5% extra value Woolworths Supermarket Promotional gift card. The listing for 3% off regular Woolworths Supermarket eGift Card has been taken down. If you choose a $25 Woolworths Supermarket Promotional eGift Card, the payment screen will tell you it wants to charge $25 and you will get a gift card with $26.25 value (i.e. there is no extra 3% off applied at the checkout).

    This may have ended as I can't see it on the WW GC screen, only the usual 4% off thru WW Mobile. Using the 4% off is about the same as extra 5% anyway and some users get 5% off GC all the time.
