  Yeh it is. Think about how much easier it would be to clean the back of your last tooth. And now you're thinking why you never clean the back of your last tooth. And now you're thinking how much crap must be back there. And now you're thinking I better go brush that asap. And now you're thinking, damn, I need to get an electric toothbrush first though.

Which one to go for.. There are many available in 20 dollars? Floss,cross,whitening etc.

  Doesn't really matter to be honest. The main decision I think is whether you want to try the extra brush heads, or have a stronger base brush (the Kids one has a better battery).
  
  If you buy refills, you get the option to try more brush heads.
