  I've been doing some workout ont his lately and its absolutely worth it for that price…..got 8 resistance settings from 1 - 8…that is kg i guess…

Just bought this and had a workout, it's pretty awesome for the price.
It does have 8 resistance settings, no idea how much 'weight', but it has plenty.
Doesn't really have enough resistance for bench-pressing, but is fine for every other workout.

Awesome cube. Really worth the money. Can even use it as a chair
