        Ditto, their online chat is hopeless too. Unsure how the reset works, if it's based on when you claimed or if it resets every Tuesday. Either way it's been more than 1 week on both criteria, still can't claim =(

    I got the Oportos deal last week and I signed up for it on Wednesday at around midday.

    So I'll try again at that time tomorrow to see if it refreshes itself into the new week.

      Mine worked (last week) .
      Did you 'sign up' to the app before trying to input code ?
      Their app has some bugs and glitches. Redeem code should work, as long as you are signed in as a member.
      Also, maybe an ZERO is actually the letter "O" or something like that, when you enter code. Then you would be entering the wrong code.

        Few months back when I tried activating a $2 Optus Sim, it seemed I need to top up for $10 or so to compete the activation. Earlier I used to be able to get $2 sim activated and just use for incoming calls for a week or two without any additional top up. Same with Telstra as well. $2 Sims didn't get activated unless I top up. Does anyone else notice this change as well ?

    I used Hey You offer last week (I think Wednesday) .
    Now I go to page in optus perks and it says try again later etc, but the oporto offer looks like I can get it right now.
    Anyone still have access to hey you offer on optus perks (but whom also got it last week) ?
    Maybe I should just get oporto code then swap with someone for hey you. Oporto is too far away from me to be bothered. Hey you cafe is much closer.

    Surprise surprise, not applicable in SA. Another franchise held in an exclusivity agreement state wide by OTR and no support on the promos. Same with Nandos and a lot of others they hold. Amazed they support Gomex at GYG

    I can see the offer in the Oporto app, but how do they mark the offer redeemed once used in store? I can't see a redeem offer button.

      They scan your 'card' barcode on the app, then ask which offer you want to redeem and the actual redeem button is on their cash register.

      Not sure about optus perks, but it use to take ~24 hours to get access to my account online. I'm guessing optus perks will only work, after you've added the service to my account.

    I've been to Oporto like half a dozen times…

    I don't think I've ever had an enjoyable meal from them…

    Just got the half chicken ~ even though its free ~ still not great… dry.. lacks flavour
