Same here.
Sold my XM2 for $295 just over two weeks ago making my changeover cost to the XM3 $58.72. I am pretty happy with that as I was not expecting prices to fall to a reasonable level until the Boxing Day sales.
How are those accessing the portal finding out if your company is a part of the program?

I have a pair of these. You can’t go wrong with them. Sound quality is excellent, and noise cancelling, where do I even begin…If Bose QC35 is the benchmark, then the only way I think things happened is sony coming out with a real axe to grind against Bose…the noise cancellation on these is unreal.
What are some major companies that offer JB Commercial? Would love to know to see if I have any mates with access.

I've worked at jb in the past for nearly 10 years. They can do any price easily as long as their little pda's don't say it's under cost which if it is they can still do it just depends on staff member
@schwifty Thats good to know.I went there for a price on another item. Staff said they couldn't do any better as catelogue item and previous price was like a onnce off sale item. There was a $50 difference from 3 months ago. No further discount as I said can they do previous price. If I go into JB and ask at $300 for Sonys will they bite?
Do the 1000xm3 have the same problem as the 1000xm2 i.e.
They cannot be used purely for noise cancellation only.
The headphones shut off completely after five minutes if no bluetooth or physical cable connection is established.No. This has been fixed in the XM3

If you are a member of a union you have access to union shopper. You can go to union shopper and ask them to shop around and negotiate the best deal for just about anything. Electronics, white goods, cars etc. You have the option of saying to them "x place is selling it for y price" and they will use that in their negotiations.
My step by step is that I made 1 phone call and they came back to me with $282 delivered from the good guys as the best price for the Sony 1000-xm3 they could find. I called up the good guys, paid by CC and they are being posted today. I will hopefully get them this week.

Found out my wife's union allowed access to union shopper which gives you access to TGG Commercial. $274 pick up. Absolute best price at the moment I would say. Wouldn't have known if it wasn't for your comment..thanks.
