  • Didn't receive the offer. Think it's targeted to specific customers.

    • Didn't receive the offer either, must use the card too much

      • yep didn't receive anything, used mine a lot recently (also doesn't help my account is in credit 300 xd)

        • Didn't get mine either.

On a seperate note does anyone have the same problem where the portal keeps asking to confirm email each and every time you log in?

  • I got $250 spend so it would vary for different people

    • Yep I got $900 :(

      • i got $700

  • I accepted their last 3 offers and I have to spend my time asking them to credit my account. An it was not only one time chat or phone call, but multiple phone calls and days. A very painful process to get a tiny credit from them.

    • I had the same experience where I had to call them multiple times to chase up the credit. Only when I threatened to complain did they credit my account “out of goodwill”.

      • Seems dodgy right? I have lodged the complaint to themselves last week, still no response. Accc also suggested me to contact Financial Ombudsman. Gosh, for $20
