Just found this deal on ebay US. I've tried purchasing something and can testify that it works. You will need a US ebay account for this to work.

I've tried this on gift cards and it does not work. Can only be used once per account.

You need to find something that is over US$5. I found a usb c cable from an Australian seller for US$5.01 (A$6.94). I added it to the cart, applied the coupon code and paid US$0.01 for the cable.

The same cable is selling for $4.49 through ebay Australia.

Another good deal is the Xiaomi Mijia 0.5mm Metal Sign Pen - GOLDEN for $0.06. This is selling for $6.99 through ebay Oz (thanks doweyy).

Oh, for the 1c cost, I didn't bother about cashback. But if you're really keen, there is 1% cashback through Cashrewards.

      A little over 60 I believe.

      All up cost me around 20-30 bucks since some things I wanted were overseas (gst).

      Only had 2 refunds in total which is surprising.

      I got mine only from big businesses and have had no cancellations so that might be why, Chinese companies and small business are probably inclined to cancel based on risk of fraud

    OK so this is very weird… Most of my accounts got suspended and purchases cancelled on Monday, however, I just checked all of my 16 accounts' email inboxes and found that all 16 had their items shipped yesterday or today!
    All items from Australia, all paid with the same PayPal account.

        Sort of.

        The 'Managed Payments' seems to be an opt in sort of thing.

        A Seller can opt in to eBay Managed Payments and still take PayPal.

        For this specific code however, you'll need to find a seller with the 'managed payment' option and also make the purchase not using PayPal.

          You might be able to become a "Managed Payment" seller and buy from yourself with new accounts, I managed to buy about 25 "items" (think something like an ebook) from myself with random new accounts last time, don't think I will push my luck again this time around though.
