Just print them yourself, so they don't need to handle them.
When it was in Melbourne, you could go up to the venue from 5pm and sign yourself up for the chance at $20 tickets. You returned an hour before the show and found out if you'd "won".
Quite a few friends managed to get it on the first try so assuming there are plenty of slots. They might have something similar in Sydney.
Unlikely, it probably happened in Melbourne because they've had the show there for so long. It hasn't been in Sydney long (could even be the first time here, maybe i'm wrong). Saw the show a couple weeks ago, I managed to book normal tickets for $55 with great seats but I had to book at least 3 weeks ahead. Alot of the shows are booked out

Melbourne's tickets were $20 and they were for the two front rows of the theatre. You could put your name down right up until the first few minutes of them drawing the tickets. Its not a huge loss of time if you planned to go for dinner in the city, as you still have two hours to eat, then come back for the show.
Was a very enjoyable show, would watch again. For $40 in Sydney, it's still not a bad deal.
