is this made in China?
Very cheap price for a line interactive 1000w UPS.
Those with amps and other sensitive equipment beware this outputs a stepped sine wave in battery mode.
I wonder what isnt made in china now a days.
Is that the old generation, without the LCD?
Great price for a 1600VA UPS that has 2 years warranty. And free freight!!!!
it is the old generation but the new one with the LCD is about $130-$150 higher in price.
Do you know what's the difference between the 2 models apart from the LCD?
the new model also has 3 x surge protectors. I don't see it as a major issue considering the price difference and the fact that a 6 way suge protector should be 20-30 dollars
Just bought an APC one similar for twice that amount. Very good buy for bigger computers that are too powerful for the smaller UPS's.
