    lots of people go to maccas to read the paper and have a coffee, it’s cheaper than buying a paper, in melbourne they have the herald sun, australian and financial review ….rarely the age, that gets stolen.

  They do this all the time.

  Since nobody buys the paper anymore, Thurs is a way to inflate readership and distribution numbers.

  It's really just defrauding their advertisers.

  This is a no deal as every time I go to McDonald’s I somehow manage to walk out with a free newspaper hidden under my jacket.
