        • Coles No Annual Fee MC is 0.25% if you're not shopping at places that earn you FB points in conjunction

        • @mobo: AFAIK: Citibank Signature 0.52% and HSBC Platinum 0.5%

Even if the reward rates are poor, the bottom line is it's a no annual fee card with international travel insurance which if I'm not mistaken isn't available with any other no annual fee credit card? (excluding those with free first years etc.)

    • Bankwest Zero Platinum has complementary travel insurance and no interantional transaction fees without an annual fee. One worth having in the stable 🐎.

No rewards for the Bankwest Zero Platinum card, and no Apple Pay. Keep this one in your stable too.

        • Yeah sure. Though I tend to flit between free first year for rewards cards anyway - but it's good to have something that isn't going to take 2.5% every time I buy something online.

  • who is the card issuer is it citibank? just applied for the cb platinum 100k point deal so might have to wait 9 months before applying for another citibank issued card? also whats the fee if you use it overseas?

  • over 1 hr waiting on the phone to ask general questions and they dont ever pick up. having second thoughts about applying. just wanted to know if there are any dormant account fees or they close account like Citibank? also what are the fees if you use it overseas? whats the minimum income required for the platinum card?

    • I had the same problem.

  • ref Purchase Protection Insurance does this card cover price drop within 3 months of purchase?

  • Sure it's a free card but this mob is giving me the shits.

Can't BPay from credit card account.

Everyday account was opened without asking me when I applied for the card. No problems there really, it's fee free.
Applied for an additional card holder (for my wife) and a week later I'm told I can't add her as she's not a CUA member. Can't they just open an account for her as well?

iM CUA, their live chat app has advisers that take ages to respond and then just decide to sign out, transferring you to someone else who takes another long while to read the previous chat.
