I believe it is a targeted offer. If you have already been with Vaya and have ported out your number to another telco, check your inbox to get your unique promo code.
As always, enjoy :)

It's unlimited call and text, not unlimited data unfortunately.
Its targeted as the code is unique
It is also identical to the offer they are sending to existing customers as a get a second SIM for a second device or loved one.
Had a TIO complaint with them yonks ago so no promo code for me :(
Got this email but not really worth it for me.
I pay $10 per month with Amaysim and this is $16 a month with 3 free.
Over a six month plan I would save $12, not really worth the effort.
Where did six months come from? I thought you could use it for 3 months and then port out.
Not worth it, Vaya are shady AF. SirMurduck had TIO compliant, I got threatened with a credit default 3 months after porting out from a similar promo, other threads have had similar horror stories.
+1 for this. shady company with potentially unusual and hidden charges.
They start their mpnthly cycle on 1st of every month so if u start now it will be finish on 30/9 and they are hard to deal with, it is a post paid plan not prepaid
Be aware: Terrible customer service.
I've been with vaya for few years before porting out to another provider.
They are fine when everything is working. Reception is fine. Website do it ur self stuff is fine
My grips we're
1 Charged me the $20 deposit debacle. When I ported they didn't even contacted me refund it as they should. So have to chase them up.2 Service cancellation fee $15. U have to port out to cheap woolies sim and let that expire.
Call centre wait is a while. But hey it's a budget phone provider so they have to cut cost somewhere. So you can't complain about that.
I received the email too. Its not worth the hassle. Vaya debit your credit card 1-2 months ahead of the next billing period which makes it a pain to terminate before you get hit with the full price of the plan. They debited my account even after I telephoned their call centre ahead. Its such a pain to get refunds from Vaya, having to ring them, wait in queue, get refused the refund, transfer to manager, go over previous calls, etc.
I'm currently on a $9 Jeenee mobile plan, unlimited calls with 1.2GB data. Am super happy with it as its also on the same Optus network. They're also a budget operator but no problems so far.
I'm confused. How is 1.5GB termed as unlimited?. Is that 1.5GB of data quota per month and then capped at some slow dialup like speed but termed as unlimited downloads after that. Is so that won't last very long. It's dodgy terming it as unlimited.
