    Hi Cute Chocobo - Ink Refills you are looking at $14.30 which includes 4x Black and 1x Red. As for the Books, they are $39.60 for a pack of 4x A4 Binders… The great thing though is that you can download the paper directly from the Livescribe website and print it out for free :)

      Can you explain this any further? How can you download paper?
      Or could be better to explain how this pen works, like the play, stop, fastforward, etc functions. Are they activated because the pen knows where it is or something like that or does it have to be the exact same paper.

        It works off a camera that is actually inside the pen. The camera sees where you are writing because there are micro dots all over the paper that work as reference points. This allows you to match up any writing on the paper to what has been recorded via audio at that exact moment. This means you can play your audio recordings but instead of listening to the entire sound file you can jump to the areas where you made notes on the paper.   I think i would rather stick to typing notes up on a Netbook, besides they have the actual lecture slides uploaded on your Uni website for you to download anyway. Would be embarrassing if you accidentally hit play during the lecture and everyone turns around and stares xD

  but anyway, the gadget seems cool to read about =P
