Good deal, it would be good if you had the price in the title though.

    Massive 1100mAh? That's not massive.
True enough, it's far cheaper than http://dicksmith.com.au/product/S3158/dse-nimh-batt-aa-2000m… or http://www.jaycar.com.au/productView.asp?ID=SB1738 but 1100mAh doesn't last long.

An oversight perhaps as you are not comparing the same type.
These are AAA, which usually are about 900mAh
Your links are for AA, usually about 2100-2900mAh nowdays.

Anyway whether these AAA's are "actually" 1100mAh is another issue.

      • Aah… i looked at the picture, which appears to be AA. They're much too fat to be AAA.
If it really is AAA at 1100mAH, i'd be impressed. Couldn't think of anything that i'd use it for, but that's a different story.

  • A few guys on Whirlpool have tried them and say the are actually closer to 800 mAh, however still seem to be good quality.

Bought a few of these 1-2 year ago and its unusable (2 for $1).
So these are just junks, avoid at all cost. I woudn't use even its free.

    • Yeah bought some last year during the dollar deal. I had problems charging them using my top of the range digital Sony charger.
