        Oh please! You just ignore tickets to suit yourselves. I've deleted the app and requested my details are deleted. Will never use GoCatch again and urge others to avoid.

        Why even post on Ozbargain now, knowing the negativity you'll receive?

    I received this email earlier today, despite your support staff confirming that my account had been deleted as I had requested, after the retrospective changes to your terms & conditions and the removal of legitimate voucher credit.

    GoCatch is seriously to be avoided.

      I too received an email from GoCatch even after asking them at least 3 times to delete my account. Jay Vi from support's response was:

      "Already did the request.

      Kindly log out from the app for the changes made to take effect."

      I've logged out. I've deleted the app. They are lying scum. I am sick of this. If someone knows where I can report them, please mention.

    This business has such a bad reputation here & just cuts & pastes same response.
    Worthy of a neg for their bad practices in previous deal.

    And watch out for their tricky changes to t&c!

        GoCatch sent me an email on 24/6:

        …Without ever responding to my complaint on 11/6 or doing anything about it. THERE WAS NO SUPPORT!!
        My complaint about that has also gone unanswered.

        Why should I need to keep requesting my credit balance be reinstated to the level it was before any recent credit was added (which new t&c I was unaware of said was not allowed)??

          Similar thing happened to me. I honestly wouldn't have minded if they had apologised for their mistake (allowing their app to accept multiple codes) then just removed the invalid credits. Instead they blame us, remove ALL credits and then tell us to beg for the legit ones back via their shitty webform, which they then never responded to! Worst customer service ever from GoCarnts. Hope they go bankrupt.

        After encouragement from GoCatch, I reactivated my account & received $20 credit for doing it on 6/5. Just over a month later you took that & all my credit away without notice. My complaints about it go unanswered. Very nasty GoCatch.

        PM sent, but seems just more waste of time👍

          Result of PM:
          $20 they gave me to come back in May, removed recently, has been reinstated…

          But the other $135 existing credit on my account in May has not been replaced.
          Still trying.

    Edit: The one time I was able to find a taxi using their app, the cost was a staggering 30% more than the metered fare. The driver started the meter for his own interest and only took the job because it had a surge associated with it. Not one warning from the app about 'surge pricing'.

      Hi salmon123. Our Taxi fares are matched to the standard Taxi meter. If you were overcharged for the trip, can you please let us know here: on.gocatch.com/contact and we'll follow up. Some jobs that are sent to drivers have a bonus attached to them, but we don't surge price.

        Call it surge/loading/whatever you want.

        The driver was pretty certain that the trip had some loading attached to it, otherwise he wouldn't have taken the job. He volunteered to start the meter to prove his point.

        I wont waste my time with the follow up.

    Nah. Sht company - will try sending cars 18km away to pick you up, and put a 7 day reserve on your card for every booking attempt (whether a car is allocated or not).

    Stick to Ola or Uber.

    Negging as per guidelines for major issues with retailer i.e. took all my referral credit and still received a promotional email after being advised my account was deleted. This company should be banned from OzBargain imo.

    Also, don’t forget to remove your codes from your referral page people - you don’t want to be promoting them… well I guess if they don’t just remove your credit for no reason…

    If you're looking for a reason to report the post, go with "Duplicate: It's the same sh*tty promotion they've been running all year", just a different code. Maybe they should be updating the old post, instead of creating a new one every month.

    Pretty sure other threads have been shut down for similar reasons.

    I'm also waiting for a response to my complaint about my existing credit being removed. I got a follow-up survey as though they had handled the complaint (how did we do?), without them actually responding to the complaint.

    Has anyone ever tried calling the 'premium' 24/7 number? Guess what … no one ever picks up or returns a call.

    They really need to take it easy on copying and pasting their lies. GoCatch got caught red handed changing their Ts&Cs to cover up their ass. There wasn't any "non-stacking" clause before. Want proof? Ts&Cs Section 23 Before & After

    Oh, by the way, calling people up to trick them into giving you positive reviews is also highly unethical, if not against Ts&Cs of most websites. Beware, if you haven't received the scam call yet, you will soon.

    Major issues with this business.
    Still haven't received the cancelled credit from last time.
    Still haven't received the promised $25 voucher/credit from their phone call.
    Business attempted to elicit false/fake positive review/feedback from me.
    Business does not reply to messages and complaints etc.

    No thanks, I’ve uninstalled the app, still upset when I refer my friend and $20 referral credit disappeared along with other credits. I cannot believe why you post a deal here in a very short period after the scam.

    GoCatch deals should really just be banned on this site from now on. It's hard to see them ever getting a positive reception again given their behaviour, such as removing credit from accounts that was legitimately earned, changing terms and conditions to try and trick OzBargain users that we had broken them, offering credits in exchange for positive reviews, etc.
