Yup, that was just an incidental comment - it might be possible to find a CBR->SIN->(Europe) option, depending on the cost.

Every international flight I've been on has required a bus/plane to Sydney first.. This is so refreshing to see competitive international flights coming from CBR
Too many transfers though, airport/Jolimont is only during regular hours, and then another 3+ hours on the Federal + Hume highways. But it's your gain so enjoy it.
Wow SQ is giving QR a run for the money with cheap CBR fares.
Although the late arrival hour in CBR probably means you have to overnight. Wonder if you can just jump off in SYD, but that would only work if you have no checked in baggage.
