Sorry to be frank but I can import a Bugaboo bee from the US with shippng included and save around $200

I purchased a Bugaboo Cameleon the same way. Your mob had it for $1698 "On Special" at the time. I got mine from BabiesR Us with shipping for just under $1100 AUD

      so yes, no deal

      • yeah i also bought a baby jogger elite from the US 329 + soft pram 69 + 150 shipping + about 50 bux admin and currency conversion - 611 AUD total
if i bought the same here from you guys 7-800 for the stroller, 200 for the soft pram, 1k, thats getting towards double the price!

i don't understand how I'm paying shipping of 150 but it still MUCH cheaper. we're talking half price. getting them over here in bulk should be much cheaper. even with 10% GST, i cant see why your charging so much…

i havent negged you as im not comparing apples to apples(Australian delivered), but just venting at the high costs aussies are expected to pay…

careful what you say, Gerry Harvey will track you down…

Nappies are cheap though, but the prices in the catalogue are their regular prices, not sale price…

      • +3

The US Bugaboo will be left-hand drive though…

As the parent of a 1 year old, I'm into a Baby Bunting catalogue as much as the next person, but there are no bargains in this catalogue. Come back to us when you've got something special!

    • Little Swimmers are cheap… a dollar cheaper than coles and woolworths… :)

  • Fair enough, just posted our link out there and hopefully someone will find it helpful!
Thanks everyone for your interesting comments!

    • unless the prices you post here are pretty much the cheapest you can get, you're going to get accused of spamming and free advertising…

    • yeah, lol, sorry, welcome to ozbargains, we're pretty savvy bargain hunters here, if it can be had cheaper, your probably going to get negative votes, ohh well hopefully you take some of the comments on board ;)

      • Thank you! We'll be sure to pass on the comments to the buying and marketing Baby Bunting teams!

You can let us know when your next 10% off storewide sale days is :)

  • I have been to these guys once. I was speaking to the store person and she turned her head away. So much for customer care. I walked off. Found staff rude and not willing to help. That was my experience. Others may have had different experience.

Only advantage would be to get all baby goods at one shop.

    • I find the staff in the North Balwyn store the exact opposite to rude…

Very friendly and informative… Especially the guys around the back, have taken a few things back that broke and they have fixed or replaced stuff on the spot for free…

A few months back i returned a pram scooter board that we had for just under a year that broke…
They not only replace it, but replaced it with a better model and did not charge for it…

    • I am a frequent visitor to the Auburn shop and have found the folks there fantastic.
They'll happily price match (if the other store has a brick store - not just a web store). With babyzonedirect now having a brick store in wollongong, it's made that matching a breeze.

  • These guys are good for the bulk boxes of huggies. Always gey them from bb as their normal price is similar to the box sales at target etc, but bb always has stock. its such a weird name tho.

    • also, you can't buy 'junior' in boxes at target or the supermarkets, only in the smaller bags, 20's & 30's…

BB have the bulk boxes of 120's for $65… (minus the 5% with their discount card….)
