has anyone ever had 30+ of these in a house? sounds like a logistical wireless nightmare! also guessing by the pictures these would require a sparky to wire up?

    • Wouldn't think it's that difficult to wire, just need 2 screw connectors and attach to mains wires in current lights.

Wouldn't think it's that difficult to wire,

It has nothing to do with being difficult

    • Most wireless access points should be fine with 30 wireless devices, but yes it won't scale as well as Zigbee based bulbs

    • Why? Get a decent Wireless Access Points and they can handle hundreds of devices

    • Techincally a sparky should be wiring the lights to a plug, and you can plug it in

    • sounds like a logistical wireless nightmare!

No, its fine. That is, until you need to change the wifi password :s

    • http://www.zemismart.com/zll-zigbee-30-7w-smart-rgbw-downlig… this one might be better if you dont want wireless

  • It is easy to install ,we will send free plug and wire. SO will just plug to use. I will update the product description.

    • Does it have a cord to plus straight into an AU power socket?

    • Technically a sparky would need to wire it as its 240v. If you wire up before sending would be better

  • Can you change the light name?
As asking goole or alexa to dim "zemismart light" is a deal breaker for me

    • Yes it can DIY name as you want

  • i created an account and went up to $24 USD

    • It literally just changed price in the last 30 seconds to $24

  • Wireless standard: 802.11b/g
    No : n
You may need to keep access point very close and this may reduce your router speed.

    • b has more range then n

  • Any chance of a deal for your 12W ones?

  • Whats the difference between ZM-001DL and ZM-002DL? other than $2USD

    • Looks to be the termination. ZM-001DL has a socket that you can just plug in, where the ZM-001D doesn't and would require an electrician.

      • yes

  • Pls check review video for the prodcut
