Are there any articles that actually show the efficacy of this product. By that I mean control studies where a reasonable number of participants have their blood glucose levels measured before ingesting a set amount of carbohydrates and have some take this product and some not and then monitor their glucose levels for several hours (Perhaps 12 or so)? It claims to reduce the glucose spike but does it do this at the cost of prolonged elevation at a lower level?
