Which one is best from health point of view. I have read a lot of confusing information about these different oils.

  Depends on what you want to use it for. For Frying you need Vegetable or canola oil.

    Peanut, sunflower and others are fine for frying, and deep frying.

    They are the worst choice of oil for frying form a health point of view. Rice bran or coconut oil are the best health wise.
