Yes, in fact all the chillies are now $10/kg (red capsicums are $8.50/kg). My local store has cayenne, birds eye and habanero loose and a few more options in pre-packed (although they cost more than $10/kg).

Given that each chilli is probably no more than 5g you'd have to buy a heck load of them before you save much (maybe for chilli paste or something?), but still a discount is a discount!
