  Anyone know how deep the 30cm is? It looks quite deep but I'm not sure.

  Current 32cm skillet is scratching the surface of the cooktop. Needs to go.

    The ones on the RACO site aren't compatible with induction cooktop, and the larger pan is only 28cms.
