The AirPods wireless charging case is long overdue, same goes to the AirPower charging mat. IMO, AirPods 2 is a 2019 product.

What is the sound quality like?
Fantastic clarity for daily use and telephone calls. Perfect for Skype for Business connected to work laptop.
Rubbish for heavy bass anything and obviously no noise cancellation.
I have problems with this thing. The signal too often drops out
