Have you tasted them?
IMO chips are generally pretty delicious.Healthy chips are not normally delicious.
Delicious chips are not normally healthy.Well, at least it have one good thing or the other, right?
@worldpc: problem is I'm not sure if these have either. Macca's chips certainly don't have either.
I've heard some great feedback on air fried chips. And I think to say they are healthy is not really correct, but they are much healthier (about 2/3) than regular fast food chips (kfc/mcdonalds)
Cooked without oil is similar healthy as eating a spud
Similar to cooking chips in an airfryer
Had a quick look at website. It's just normal chips fried in less fat, nothing clever. Kind of like homemade airfried or oven baked chips. Still lots of carbs/calories. Meh.
The small serving size (200g) is 400 calories. On front page however they say 150 calories per 100 gram, so not sure what's going on there (they also conveniently forgot to list the carbs in their nutritional comparison table).
Seriously, if you want chips/potatoes on a diet, just cut up some potatoes (and veggies) and throw it in oven (and don't overeat). Healthier, cheaper and minimal effort.
EDIT: I also just found the sakata "chips" bag at woolies. Same volume as a normal bag but only 75 grams! Different category than the chips in this deal, but it just reminded me :) They are a bit bland, but I still highly recommend them. The volume to weight ratio is hard to beat.

If you want chips on a diet, go to a mirror, look what got you there in the first place.
Anything is fine in moderation

Whut?!
Can't say I agree about either of those things…
