"brand new and they come with 3 months warranty"

    Why only 3 months warranty?
    Site says 90 days….
    Site also says refurbished.

    Which is it?

Its just because they are on clearance sale.

  • as mentioned earlier they are brand new products except that they are under clearanace and need to go away and that is the reason they are offering for huge discount of 50% of original product value

The meaning of "Refurbished" generally means something that was once faulty and has been repaired to full condition. E.g a Refurbished computer will mean it was faulty, returned, fixed and then put back on sale. Something to think about communicating to your site admin.

If the product was returned but has no defects, you might call it an "open box" item but if you're just marking down products for quick sale, maybe just call it "Clearance?"

Anyway, I advice you to edit the deal to clear up any confusion.

Negging due to major issue with vendor. OP has consistently failed to explain adequately why the warranty is only 90 days and why refurbished goods are paradoxically described as brand new.

Apologies regarding the post and we will get that fixed

  • What's the proper link for this?
The one on the deal goes to a refurbished item and not a brand new one.

Seller was deceptive. They were always refurbished, hence 90 days returns. No free lunch here.

    Why has this expired?
It's still available and in stock for the price as per post

    :P

… and we will get that fixed

Some new meaning of 'fixed' we haven't come across before.
