OP I wouldn't recommend getting those fans with the lights in.
That one only has a single bulb, limiting you to maybe a 13W CFL and the glass blocks a tonne of light from that.
The fitting is sideways so can't really use LEDs in them, and it can be hard to get bulbs that fit.

I have a bunch and I regret them. Thinking of getting LED downlights put in instead.

  Second this. Luckily for me it's only the alfresco which we don't use too often, but the lighting from the fan light alone is abysmal.
