I'm thinking it's a flat rate for small items, and for a game posted for $5 that's not bad considering it should have tracking.
I would be happy just to get the numbers of the iTunes card.
Why bother with posting a piece of plastic? If for tax/record purposes, it can come via snail mail.
Anyway, the cheapest Express Post envelope [DL-sized] is $4.60/pc

I'll assume these guys use eParcel, and get pick up service. That should add something to the cost, also I do believe that when sending a game out it would be bigger than a DL envelope, and again you would assume that they have a flat rate shipping charge for small items.
