  WARNING: I recently bought a different Chinese version of this for the car. While it did help with my whiplash/severe spinal injuries as a result of a car crash. They do tend to 'elevate' you above the seat and DO impact the crash worthiness of the seats! I highly recommend keeping these for home use only or while parked.
