    If you log in and click your own name at the top under "Welcome"
    - Then find and click on "edit"
    - Then click on "Preference" tab
    - Then find and disable "Show Advertisment" (and hit Submit)

    … that's made my experience here a lot less confusing LOL

  interested in the tv, has anyone that has been hunting for a tv give me advice on if there is a better choice in 50-60" under 2k?

    Re the price… walk into any store and give them the model number and say i will by this now at (your price you want to pay) including glasses and if they say no then try elsewhere. If they say yes, an there is a good chance they will, happy days!
    As for LG… we have 2 of their lcd tvs and they have been excellent. Maybe not on par with Panasonic but far better than Samsung junk.

  Be careful ordering from WoW sight and sound, especially online where you have no B&M point of contact.

  They do NOT honour the trade practices act and will frequently turn down replacement/repair requests, what they do is bordering on fraud.

  Yes, I post this on every WOW Sight and Sound thread, but everyone has to know of their shady business, I had to go to small claims court in order to get my money back.

  Just as an edit so I don't sound like "that crazy consumer", here is a thread detailing hundreds of similar situations as what I had to go through:

  Be VERY careful buying from there, especially big items like TVs (this deal) as you will get very, very poor after sale service.

  try get jb hifi to price match if you want the lg tv.
  i got them to price match clive peeters a few weeks back
  and they managed to give me the 60" version for just over $1500.

  came with the xbox kinect bundle via redemption as well =D
